This page explains how the Picky Noo Thai Catering service works. The section Before the Event shows a typical set of steps to take in order to choose and arrange your Picky Noo Thai meal. Then, the following section, On the Day explains how things are organised on the day itself.

Before the Event

First visit the Picky Noo web site to get an idea of the service we provide and how it all works. Browse through our online Menu and decide on the set of dishes you would like to be served at your event.

Get in touch with us to discuss your detailed requirements, using one of the contact methods on our Contact Us page. We do ask that you provide us with details of the facilities available in your kitchen so that we can make sure that we have everything we need on the day.

After we have received your request, we will respond to you as soon as possible in order to finalise the details, and all being well, to make you a fully costed booking offer.

If you choose to accept, we then ask for a 10% deposit to secure the booking. On receipt of the deposit, we will confirm your booking, either electronically, or if you prefer, in writing.

Should you wish to make any changes to the booking after it has been confirmed, we will of course try to accommodate your request, but please give us as much notice as possible of any changes, in order to allow us to make the necessary arrangements.

On the Day

We will provide all the equipment needed to prepare and serve the meal. If we are using your own kitchen, then we only require the basic facilities found in every kitchen (cooker, sink, adequate work surfaces, etc.). Plates will be supplied by ourselves at no extra cost if required, but you must provide cutlery, glassware and any additional items such as napkins, etc.

Picky Noo staff will be on hand to carry out all the serving and clearing away duties during the meal, and any necessary place resetting between courses.

After the meal is over, the dining area will be cleared and all washing up will be carried out by ourselves. All areas of your property that have been used for preparation and serving will be cleared and restored to their original clean state.
